Eli Lilly and Company is a leading innovation-driven pharmaceutical corporation. We are developing a growing portfolio of best-in-class, first-in-class pharmaceutical products by applying the latest research from our own worldwide laboratories, by collaborating with eminent scientific organizations, by making use of the most up-to-date technological tools, and by providing exceptional service to our customers. Through these internal programs and external initiatives, we're seeking answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs. As our products save and improve lives, they also save overall health care costs: they are often less expensive than other forms of health care, such as surgery and hospitalization.
We employ more than 44,000 people worldwide and market our medicines in 143 countries. Lilly has major research and development facilities in nine countries and conducts clinical trials in more than 60 countries.
Ten internship positions (5 graduate scholars and 5 undergraduate scholars) are available in several areas including, Biology, Chemistry (organic, analytical), Statistics, Pharmacy, Toxicology, Drug Metabolism.
